Testimonials

What others say about
West Town PT

I just completed a few months of physical therapy West Town PT after a couple back injuries earlier this year had me in a good deal of pain with limited my strength and mobility. I made some calls to other “name-brand” providers and it was going to be weeks, if not months, before they could see me. West Town PT had me in within 24 hours of my call. The seamless intake process was a great first impression for the specialized care that they provide.

Rachel assessed my needs from a functional standpoint and got me an action plan right away. I started seeing results very quickly and was encouraged when I could get back into my everyday activities.

Not only did West Town PT and Rachel help me get back to normal, they made sure I had the right tools to help prevent injuries going forward and help make sure I stayed this way going forward.

Jim F. (Roscoe Village)

Two fold review…Initially came in for chronic knee and lower back pain. I wanted a non Athletico option and West Town PT was a few blocks from home. Randomly had appointment with Rachel. It took some no joke work, but in a few months I was living a life of no pain. Until…I crashed my motorcycle. Enter Taylor to the team. She helped me regain full motion and strength after my shoulder injury, while Rachel continued working with me on the knee. Both of these therapists are 100% professional, attentive and in my experience very effective. I was a PT skeptic in the past and am now a full convert. I wouldn’t even consider going someplace else. All stars rating.

James L. (West  Town)

From the very first session, Bianca was incredibly supportive and knowledgeable. She developed a personalized plan that focused on strengthening my core and improving my pelvic floor health.
Bianca’s approach was both professional and compassionate, making me feel comfortable and confident throughout the process. The exercises and techniques she introduced were effective and manageable, even with my busy schedule as a working mom. Over time, I noticed significant improvements in my strength and stability, which also helped alleviate the discomfort I was experiencing.

One of the most impactful aspects of working with Bianca was how she helped restore my self-confidence. Struggling with a “mommy belly” can be challenging, but her encouragement and positive reinforcement made a huge difference in how I viewed my body and its recovery journey. I am incredibly grateful for the support and expertise Bianca provided, and I highly recommend her services to anyone dealing with similar postpartum challenges. Thank you, Bianca, for helping me feel strong and confident again!
